The upcoming app includes booking progress and live tracking where supported. If something goes wrong, use the available dispute flow or contact WorkLink support.
Check the provider’s profile
The app includes identity verification review and business verification where applicable. Status differs by provider. A profile or verification badge is not a guarantee of service quality or safety.
Keep the job in WorkLink
Review the scope, pricing and payment instructions for your booking. Keep job and payment records. Never share your password, OTP or full card details.
Use reviews thoughtfully
Customers can leave reviews after jobs. Consider the available profile information and agreed job details before choosing a provider.
Payments and completion
The upcoming app includes payment confirmation, payment controls linked to job completion and dispute reporting. Final public payment-protection terms and the legal payment arrangement still require approval.
We do not promise regulated escrow, automatic refunds or risk-free transactions. Paystack payment processing is not itself an escrow guarantee.
